My first project.
The neck was from my first electric guitar, a Maison super Strat. It was a Jackson/Ibanez style guitar in blue with gold hardware and 24 frets, bought new around 1996 for 330 Euros. Now, this new body was bought on eBay at Perle Guitars, an Ibanez PGM/invert Iceman copy. At the end I've traded it by an old Squier Strat that you can see as my second project.
The body and neck were finished at a client in Paços de Ferreira, Portugal, that finishes furniture, in exchange for a quick design project. I've also bought a licensed Floyd Rose bridge and some Dr. Parts tuners, all in black. Cheap Ibanez IBZ bridge pickup, the same on today's Prestiges. It sounded quite nice, but it had tuning problems. Those tuners, hmmm...
